The Prepayment Metering Forum (PPMF) is a working group established to provide a forum for the discussion of matters relating to all types of prepayment meters.

The PPMF provides expertise in technical, operational, and regulatory issues that impact the operations of prepayment meter supply businesses and:

• Manages a Forum Tariff based on the Ofgem Price Caps for members;
• Seeks to support an efficient transition from legacy to smart prepayment meters; and
• Maintains a timeline pertaining to the drivers, impacts and issues associated with withdrawal of legacy prepayment.
